Outside Sales Representative,  Elkhart, IN

This person is responsible to sell, service, and secure the entire customer list as assigned, and prospect proactively to add new customers into account base.  By selling solutions, value and service, this person will grow professional relationships with customers, and communicate company vision, products, and services to customers.

CDL-A Delivery Driver, Zeeland, MI and Elkhart, IN

Drives a tractor with one or more trailers (18-wheel) on public streets or highways to transport materials and merchandise.  May load or unload truck using Moffett and Skytrak equipment.  Drivers are responsible for securing the load using approved devices and methods.  Requires a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL).

Cabinet Sales & Design Rep, Zeeland, MI

Responsible for performing telephone promotional work to sell and develop new business specifically in the cabinet department.  Individual may work with new and/or established customers to develop the full market potential and product acceptance.  Introduce and upgrade products to new and ongoing accounts; develop and maintain a sound relationship with customers.  Prepare price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates, discounts, and write telephone and in-person orders subject to company policy.  Meet established departmental goals.  Also may provide assistance to new sales representatives relative to order entry, accounting procedures, and corporate policies.  Complete required activity reports.

Plans, schedules, supervises and coordinates all activities related to the manufacture of truss components, specialty products, etc, including quality control, delivery of goods and other support functions.  Responsible for productivity and quality management.  Recommends equipment upgrades, staffing adjustments, process modifications.
